# Creator Agreement

This agreement applies to anyone who sells through ApplyForm (“creator”): paid forms, sessions, newsletters, communities and lead forms. It sits on top of the Terms of Service.

## You respond to everyone

You commit to personally reading and responding to every paid application within the response window you set. A response can be a genuine reply or a decline, but it must be written by you (or approved by you if you use an assistant). Applications you do not answer in time are refunded automatically, including the platform fee reversal, and the amount is debited from your Stripe balance.

## What you may not promise

Your form may not promise or imply any specific outcome (a date, a relationship, a job, an investment, a shout-out) in exchange for payment. You may not offer sexual or explicit content or services through ApplyForm. You may not use ApplyForm to collect payments for anything other than reviewing and responding to applications.

## Payouts, fees and taxes

You receive payments into your own Stripe Express account. ApplyForm retains a platform fee of 20% per paid application, which covers payment processing. You are responsible for your own taxes on the income. Where required by law (for example EU DAC7) we report creator earnings to tax authorities via Stripe.

## Refunds and disputes

You may refund any unanswered application at any time, for example if it is abusive. Refunds after you have responded are at your discretion. If an applicant disputes a charge with their bank, we submit the form terms, the applicant's checkout consent and your response as evidence; repeated disputes on your forms may lead to a review of your account.

## Your safety and privacy

Applicants only see your display name, avatar and bio. Your legal name, address and payout details stay with Stripe. Never share personal contact details in a response unless you choose to. Report threats or harassment to contact@applyform.app; we will refund, block and, where appropriate, preserve evidence for authorities.

## Closing a form

You can pause or close a form at any time and refund every unanswered application with one click. Closing does not affect responses you have already delivered.

## Sessions

You show up to every session you accept, at the booked time, with the meeting link or address you set. If you must cancel or move a session, do it from your agenda: the client is emailed and, if you cancel, refunded in full. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations by you may lead to a review of your account. Session content is your responsibility and must comply with the Terms of Service; you may not sell sessions that require a professional licence you do not hold.

## Newsletters and email

You may only email people who subscribed on your subscribe page, opted in on one of your forms, or have paid you through ApplyForm (applicants, clients, members). Imported lists must consist of people who have already consented to hear from you; you are the controller for that data and warrant that consent exists. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that you may not remove or circumvent. Drafts generated by the agent in assisted or managed mode are sent under your name and are your responsibility, including in managed mode where an unedited draft sends automatically after the grace window you configured. Bounced or complained addresses are unsubscribed automatically.

## Communities

You keep your community's Discord server, Telegram group or other room accessible to paying members for as long as their subscription is active, and you moderate it. Access is granted and revoked by ApplyForm through the connected bot; do not remove paying members yourself except for rule breaches, in which case cancel their membership from the members list so they are not charged again. If you close a community, remaining paid time is refunded to members. Announcements sent through ApplyForm follow the same rules as newsletters.

## Lead forms and contacts

Lead forms collect personal data on your behalf; you are the controller and must use it only for the purpose stated on the form. Deliver the guide or reply you promise. Contacts can be exported for your own use but not sold or shared with third parties.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate creator accounts that breach this agreement, receive excessive disputes, or bring the platform into disrepute. On termination, all unanswered applications are refunded.
