# Refund Policy

Short version: if you don't get a response inside the window, you get all of your money back, automatically.

## Automatic refunds

Every paid application has a deadline shown on the form and on your status page. If the creator has not responded by the deadline, we refund the full amount to your original payment method without you doing anything.

## Creator closes the form

If a creator closes a form, every unanswered application is refunded in full.

## Abusive content

Creators may refund and block applications that breach the acceptable use rules. That refund is in full.

## After a response

Once the creator has responded (reply or decline), the service is complete and the payment is final, as you acknowledged at checkout. If you believe the response was not a genuine personal response, contact contact@applyform.app with your status link within 14 days and we will review it.

## Booked sessions

Cancel or reschedule from your booking page for free until the cutoff shown there (set by the creator). Cancellations after the cutoff are not refunded. If the creator cancels or does not show up, you are refunded in full automatically.

## Subscriptions

Newsletter paid tiers and community memberships are not refunded for the part of a period already paid; cancel and you keep access until the period ends. If the creator closes the newsletter or community, the unused part of your period is refunded. Trials are free until they end.

## Timing

Refunds are issued instantly by us and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
