# “What should I eat?” _A €110 consult, not a reply._

You cannot answer that in a comment, and you know it. The honest answer needs three days of what they actually ate, their goal, and twenty minutes on a call. This is the setup that makes the honest answer the product: a free macro calculator that builds the list, a €110 consult with the food diary submitted before the call, a €35 review of a week of logs, a habit group with a meal-prep thread, and a recipe letter the agent drafts every week.

## The calculator
that builds _the list._

Four fields and a goal. The targets and the five dinners go out instantly; the contact lands in your CRM tagged by goal and training frequency. No health questions on this form: pregnancy, diabetes, GLP-1 use and eating-disorder history are asked at the consult, with consent, where they belong. The letter opt-in is on the same form. No Stripe needed to publish it.

What you send back

## Three things in the logs,
_one thing to change._

The €35 form takes seven days of logs as screenshots or a MyFitnessPal export, the goal, and one question. You send back the three patterns you see and the one change for next week, written, from the inbox, before the three-day deadline. It is education about their own week, not a meal plan, and it is what turns a follower into a consult booking.

_Inbox · Review my week of food logs · due in 1 day 3 h_

**Protein** — 84 g a day on average against a 130 g target. Breakfast is the gap: toast and coffee on six of seven days. The problem is not dinner.

**Weekend** — Friday and Saturday add about 1,800 kcal over the weekday average, most of it drinks and the late kebab. The weekdays are already where you want them.

**Fibre** — About 12 g a day. This is why you are hungry at 16:00, not willpower.

**One change for next week** — 250 g skyr and berries at breakfast, nothing else changes. Log it, send it back in two weeks if you want the second look.

## Five products,
switched on _in this order._

The consult is where the money is, so it comes right after the form that fills it. The log review catches the DMs; the group and the letter keep people between consults. Daily tracking stays in MyFitnessPal or your coaching app.

#### Week 39 — three 20-minute dinners, and the yoghurt swap worth 18 g of protein

Three dinners this week

Sheet-pan chicken thighs with chickpeas (38 g protein) · miso salmon with edamame rice (41 g) · lentil and paneer curry (29 g). Twenty minutes each, all four servings.

The macro swap

Swap the granola and flavoured yoghurt (≈ 9 g protein, 34 g sugar) for 250 g skyr, frozen berries and 20 g oats. Same bowl, +18 g protein, −22 g sugar, 40 kcal fewer.

Food-diary question

“I hit my protein but I'm never full.” — 11 g of fibre a day in the logs you sent. Fullness is fibre and volume, not protein; the chickpeas and lentils above are there for a reason.

Printable plan + shopping listpaid

The three dinners, two lunches from the leftovers, and one shopping list sorted by aisle. Prep schedule for Sunday afternoon.

October collectionpaid

Twelve freezer-friendly dinners at 30 g protein or more, with the batch-cook order. Drops on the first Sunday of the month.

## What the weekly letter
_actually contains._

Three dinners with the protein counted, one swap with the numbers, one food-diary question answered, and the printable plan with the shopping list. The dinners and the swap are free, which is what gets it forwarded in the family group chat; the plan and the monthly collection are the €6 part, which is what gets renewed. That is the whole format, every Sunday.

Assisted mode means the agent drafts the issue from your recipes and the week's meal-prep thread; you spend ten minutes editing instead of an evening writing.

## The weekly rhythm
that keeps _members._

Habit groups work when there is one visible weekly moment and one daily one. The Sunday meal-prep thread is the weekly moment; the protein check-in is the daily one. A themed week every month gives people a fresh start to join on, and a monthly call gives them a reason to stay past week six. ApplyForm grants and revokes the Telegram or Discord access as people pay and cancel; you run the rhythm.

    **Protein-at-every-meal check-in**

**Swap of the week + Q&A**

Why these prices

## Numbers from
the _market._

**$75–200** what a single nutrition consult or audit costs

One-off consults and audits across the niche; registered dietitians charge $75–200 an hour, non-credentialed coaches $50–150. €110 with the diary done sits in the middle.

**$100–250** monthly online nutrition coaching

Custom targets, weekly check-ins, chat and adjustments. That subscription stays in your coaching app; the consult, the review and the group live here.

**$699–1,200** a 12-week online programme, the profitable structure

Hybrid runs $1,200–2,400. On ApplyForm it is a three-consult bundle plus the group; the daily tracking stays in MyFitnessPal.

**$6** median price of a paid health newsletter

One nutrition Substack has 4,100 paying readers at $5 from a 41,000 free list, about 10%. A €6 recipe letter is priced where the niche already pays.

**$20–45** what coaching apps charge for the nutrition add-on

Trainerize and Everfit sell nutrition as a monthly add-on on top of the base plan; TrueCoach has none. The review form and the letter replace the PDFs you send by hand.

**35–50%** of coaching clients buy a follow-on programme

Across coaching. A consult buyer who joins the €35 group is the follow-on; the CRM tag tells you who to email when the next twelve-week block opens.

Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.

Common worries

## “Am I allowed to
_write meal plans?_”

In the UK, individual meal plans are for registered dietitians and AfN-registered nutritionists; everyone else gives general, evidence-based education. In Germany, Ernährungstherapie is reserved for Diätassistenten and qualified nutrition scientists, and the Heilmittelwerbegesetz forbids health-claim advertising around it. So the consult is coaching, the review is education about their own logs, the letter is recipes, and none of it claims to treat anything. If you are registered, say so and the agent widens the wording accordingly.

**“What about people I shouldn't coach?”**

The consult intake screens for pregnancy, diabetes, GLP-1 use and eating-disorder history, with consent, at booking. Anyone flagged is referred to a clinician and refunded if you cannot take them. The free calculator asks none of it; health data stays off the lead form.

**“What if the weight doesn't move?”**

The deliverable is the consult and the written review, on time. No “lose 5 kg in 4 weeks” language anywhere; the agent will not write it, and it is the wording that draws refunds and processor reviews. Written work delivered by the deadline is rarely disputed.

**“General fat loss is the most crowded niche there is.”**

It is, which is why the calculator tags by goal and the letter has a point of view. Specialists in postpartum, menopause or athletes charge more; pick the segment your content already speaks to and let the agent write the page for that reader.

## Make “what should I eat?”
_a consult._

Tell the agent your Instagram or TikTok handle. It reads your content, proposes the calculator, the consult with the food-diary intake and the review form with prices from your niche, and sets them up when you create the account.
