# “Unlimited text support” _is why you're exhausted._

Forty-seven messages in week one from a single family. You know the number because you counted. The package was €800 and the texting was “included”, which means it was free. This is the setup that prices each piece: a €35 sleep-log review with a three-day window, a €130 consult with the intake done before the call, a two-week text-support group capped at twenty parents, and a Sunday Q&A letter that keeps the families whose babies now sleep.

What's hardest right now? Short naps (30–40 min) and a 4:50 wake-up. Bedtime itself is fine.

## The sheet they download
instead of _asking in the comments._

Baby's age, one hardest thing, an email. The wake-window sheet for that age goes out instantly as a PDF; the parent lands in your CRM tagged “4–6 months · short naps”. In ten weeks the agent emails that segment the 8-month regression guide without you remembering who is where. The paid log review is one link away in the same email.

What you send back

## Three nights, one pattern,
_one change._

The €35 form takes a three-day log (a photo of the notebook or the app export), the baby's age and one question. You send back what the log shows, the one thing to change this week, and what to leave alone. Written or a two-minute voice note. Anything that reads like a medical question gets a “talk to your paediatrician” line instead of a plan. The inbox sorts by deadline and nudges you at half-time.

**The pattern** — Three 35-minute naps and a 17:30 catnap every day. Total day sleep is fine; it is the catnap that pushes bedtime to 20:15 and pulls the wake-up to 04:50.

**Change one thing** — Drop the catnap for five days, bedtime 18:45. Expect two rough evenings. Don't touch the first two naps yet.

**Leave alone** — The feeding schedule and the room. Both are fine. If the early waking comes with a temperature or refusing feeds, that is a paediatrician question, not a schedule one.

## Five products,
switched on _in this order._

The sheet and the log review first, because they cost you nothing to publish and catch the parents who are not ready for a €130 call. The consult is where the income already is. The text-support group replaces the unlimited texting; the letter keeps the graduates.

#### Sunday Q&A — the four-month regression isn't one

This week's three questions

“Split nights at 7 months?” · “We travel Friday, keep the routine or give up?” · “Is 6:15 too early to be awake for good?” All anonymised, all asked in the group this week.

Answer one · split nights

It is almost always too much day sleep or a bedtime that is too early for the age. Cap the last nap first, not the first one. Give it five days.

Answers two and threepaid

Travel: keep the wake windows, drop the location rules. Early waking: 6:15 is morning for most 7-month-olds; the fix is the bedtime, not blackout blinds. Both in full.

Wake-window of the week

7–9 months: 2.5 / 2.75 / 3 hours with two naps. If the second nap won't happen, the first was too long.

## What the Sunday letter
_actually contains._

Three questions from the week, all anonymised. The first answer is free and gets forwarded to the parents' group chat; the other two and the age-specific guide are the €6 part, which is what gets renewed. One wake-window line so the issue is useful even if they read nothing else. That is the whole format, every Sunday.

Graduates of the two-week group are the natural readers: the baby sleeps now, and they want to know what happens at ten months. Parenting memberships lose seven to ten percent of members a month; a €6 letter timed to the next stage is how you keep the relationship past the crisis that started it.

## Two weeks, twenty families,
one _reply window._

“Unlimited text support” is the most-sold and least-priced thing in this niche. The group prices it: twenty families, two weeks, one time a day when you read the logs and answer, two live Q&As a fortnight scheduled across time zones. ApplyForm grants the Telegram or Discord access when they pay and revokes it when they stop; the cap and the cohort dates are settings, not promises you have to keep by hand.

    **Live Q&A, 40 minutes**

Recorded for the parents who are asleep. The second one runs Thursday at 13:00 for the other side of the world.

- Sunday

    **Log review + the letter**

Two logs reviewed on screen in the group; the newsletter goes out the same evening, drafted from the week's threads.

- Every two weeks

    **Cohort restart**

New twenty families in, graduates offered the €6 letter. A fixed end date is what makes the fortnight intense and the price fair.

Why these prices

## Numbers from
the _market._

**$137** median price of a single one-hour consult

From 474 verified prices across 107 US sleep consultants; the middle half sits at $79–185. €130 with intake and a written plan is the median, not a discount.

**$192** median email-and-text support plan

Range $115–329, usually sold as two weeks of “unlimited” replies. The €79 two-week group with one reply window a day is that product with the labour bounded.

**$550** median full virtual support package

$350–799 for intake, plan and two to four weeks of follow-up. Sold here as consult + group, so the parent who only needs the plan does not pay for the texting.

**47** messages in week one of one “unlimited text” package

From a family's own account of an $895 four-week package. That is the number the cap of twenty and the noon reply window are designed around.

**7–10%** monthly churn of parenting memberships

Reducible to around 5% with a fixed rhythm. Here the group is a two-week cohort by design, so churn is the plan; the €6 letter is what continues.

**$79 / mo** the maintenance membership one consultant funnels graduates into

Six private clients and a $79 graduates' membership add up to a five-figure month in the published case. The order here is the same: consult first, then the recurring layer.

Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.

Common worries

## “What if the baby
_still doesn't sleep?_”

Then the plan needs adjusting, which is what the group is for; it is not what a refund is for. The deliverable is the log review, the written plan after the consult, the daily replies: all on the page, all timestamped. No outcome is promised anywhere, and the agent will not write “sleeping through in seven nights” copy. Unanswered forms refund themselves; answered ones are the work you did.

**“Is this medical advice?”**

No, and the page says so above every pay button: sleep coaching and education, not paediatric care. Safe-sleep guidance follows the national recommendations, the intake asks whether a doctor is involved, and reflux, breathing, weight or feeding concerns get a “see your paediatrician” line instead of a schedule. Health details stay out of the paid form and are collected at the consult with consent.

**“Twenty families feels small.”**

Twenty families at €79 for a fortnight, back to back, is more than most consultants clear from unlimited-text packages, and it is the number one person can answer by noon every day. Raise the price before you raise the cap.

**“My parents are in three time zones.”**

The log review is asynchronous by design. The booking page shows the parent's own time zone, one Q&A runs in the evening and one at lunchtime, and both are recorded. Nobody needs to be awake at 03:00 except the baby.
