Use case · Creative · YouTube strategists, editors and creator coaches

# “Can you look at my channel?” _€149. Loom in five days._

You open the channel, you see six titles starting with “How I”, a 38% drop in the first thirty seconds, thumbnails with the title repeated in text, and you type three paragraphs in a DM that gets a “thanks, will try”. This is the same twenty minutes of looking turned into a scored audit with a price, a five-day deadline and a refund if you miss it. Around it: the strategy call for the ones who want the ninety-day plan, a community with office hours instead of a Discord role, a weekly teardown, and a free checklist that builds the list.

## The form they fill in
instead of _the DM._

The channel, three videos they choose, one question, and a screenshot of the analytics page if they have one. That is enough to audit properly and short enough that people finish it. The top written channel audits sell at $247 with a seven-day delivery and no call; €149 in five days is priced under that on purpose. Cap it at six a week with the spots counter and the form closes itself.

What you send back

## Four scores, five changes,
_one Loom._

Four dimensions with a score and one sentence of evidence each, then the five changes in the order they should make them. Record the Loom over the doc; the inbox attaches both to the form and notifies the buyer. It is what makes €149 defensible, what they forward to their editor, and what makes a dispute almost impossible: the work is on the page, dated, within the window.

Packaging **2/5** Six of the last ten titles start with “How I”. The two that outperformed ask a question. Five rewrites in the doc.

Retention **3/5** 38% gone by 0:30. The result is at 0:52. Cold-open on the finished joint, move the intro to 0:45.

Topic selection **4/5** Right topics for the niche; the Shorts prove it. The long-form packaging is what hides them.

Thumbnails **2/5** Three colours, two faces, and the text repeats the title. Two words maximum; the thumbnail shows, the title tells.

**Top-5 changes, in order**

## Five products,
switched on _in this order._

The audit first, because it is where the money already is and where the DM is currently free. Then the call for the ones who want the plan, then the community priced like the office hours it is, then the two things that fill all three.

#### #52 — Same video, 3.1% → 7.4% CTR. Nothing changed but the packaging

Before

“How I Built a Workbench in a Weekend” · thumbnail: the bench, a face, the same six words in yellow. 3.1% CTR over 14 days, 41% of impressions from browse.

Three problems

The title is a diary entry, not a promise. The thumbnail says what the title says. The face looks at the camera instead of the bench.

Three fixes and the afterpaid

“The €80 Workbench That Outlasts a €600 One” · thumbnail: two benches, one word: “€80?”. Swapped on day 15. 7.4% CTR over the next 14 days, browse share to 63%. The CTR logic, step by step.

Member retention graphpaid

A member's 11-minute video with the graph annotated: where the 0:30 cliff comes from, what the 4:10 bump is, and the cut that fixes both.

This month

Mid-roll placement changed again; what it did to a member's RPM. Sponsorship rates we're seeing at 10–50k. Two audit slots left.

## What the weekly issue
_actually contains._

One title and thumbnail, before and after, with the numbers. The before and the three problems are free, which is what gets it forwarded in creator Discords. The fixes, the CTR logic and a member's annotated retention graph are the paid part, which is what gets it renewed. Once a month, a short note on what changed in monetisation and the slots you have left. That is the whole format.

The agent drafts it from the audits you did that week, anonymised; you spend fifteen minutes editing instead of an evening writing.

Rung three · Community

## Office hours,
not a _Discord role._

Creator communities lose four to nine percent of members a month when they are a feed and nothing else. The ones that keep people run on a fixed rhythm: one live moment a week where the coach is on screen, a channel that is useful before every upload, and a reason to come back monthly. ApplyForm grants and revokes the role as people pay and cancel; you show up on Tuesday. Anything longer than a hot-seat comment becomes a €149 audit.

Why these prices

## Numbers from
the _market._

**$247 / $997** the written audit and the deep dive, from one strategist

The Quickie Audit: three videos, top-five changes, seven-day delivery, no call. The Deep Dive adds analytics, a ninety-day doc and a sixty-minute call, and opens in waitlisted batches. €149 plus a €250 call is the same ladder.

**$500** a video channel audit delivered within a week

Titles, thumbnails, structure, positioning, three to five recommendations. The format you already do in a DM, at a price you don't.

**$150–500** the basic-audit range at agencies

Growth audits run $500–2,000 and strategic ones $2,000–7,500. The €149 form is the entry; anything above the €200 form cap is scoped on the call.

**$99–150** creator coaching per hour

$99 on video, $150 in person, four-lesson packs at $720; many clients move to a retainer. The €250 strategy call is priced for the plan, not the hour.

**$319/mo** what async chat coaching costs from a tool

vidIQ sells asynchronous coaching by chat at that price. A €49 community with a live office hour every week is the human version.

**4–9%** monthly churn in creator-coaching communities

The weekly office hour and the yearly plan are what keep you at the low end. Above 15% is a value problem, not a marketing one.

Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.

Common worries

## “What if the channel
_doesn't grow?_”

You are selling the audit, not the outcome. The deliverable is four scores, five changes and a Loom, on the page within five days, and that is what the buyer paid for. Nothing on your page promises subscribers, views or revenue: the agent won't write “10× your channel” and you shouldn't either. Earnings and growth claims are what regulators and card networks look for in coaching, and coaching already runs two to four percent chargebacks without them.

**“Can I say what my clients earned?”**

Only with their permission, only as a specific dated case, and never as a typical result. The safe wording is “here is what I'd change and why”, and a page that shows the audit format converts better than a promise anyway.

**“A proper audit takes me two hours.”**

Then cap it at six a week and keep the format fixed: three videos, four scores, five changes. Most audits settle at ninety minutes once the rubric is yours. The five-day window is there so a busy week never becomes a refund.

**“Isn't Stan enough?”**

Keep it if it sells your templates. It has no CRM, no async paid intake with a deadline, and no community rhythm. The audit, the call, the office hours and the list are one page here, and you keep 80% of each.

## Sell the audit,
_not the DM._

Tell the agent your YouTube handle. It reads your channel, proposes the audit, the strategy call and the community with prices from the market, and sets them up when you create the account.
