ApplyForm is operated by Qolibris OÜ (“we”, “us”). ApplyForm is a marketplace platform: creators publish paid application forms and applicants pay for a personal response from the creator. The contract for the response is between the applicant and the creator; we provide the platform, payment processing via Stripe, and the refund guarantee described below.
What you are buying (applicants)
When you pay to submit an application you are buying a digital service: the creator's personal review of your application and a personal response (a reply or a decline) delivered through ApplyForm within the response window shown on the form. You are not buying a date, relationship, job, investment, mentorship place, or any specific outcome. The creator decides freely how to respond.
Guaranteed response or refund
If the creator does not respond within the response window, we automatically refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. You do not need to ask. A response includes a decline. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Because the service begins immediately and is fully performed when the creator responds, we ask you at checkout to expressly agree that performance begins immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the creator has responded. Until the creator has responded, you are protected by the automatic refund described above; you may also request a refund by emailing contact@applyform.app with your application link.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ApplyForm, whether as an applicant or a creator. We may refund and remove any application or account where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.
Acceptable use
Do not submit or send content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or that discloses another person's private information. Do not attempt to contact a creator outside ApplyForm using information obtained through it. Creators may refund and block applicants who breach this section, and we may terminate accounts.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Creators receive payment through their own Stripe account; ApplyForm retains a platform fee of 20% of each payment. Prices shown include applicable VAT where required. Chargebacks filed after a response or session has been delivered may be contested with the evidence we hold (the offer terms, your consent at checkout, and what was delivered).
Booked sessions
When you book a session (a call, a training, a review) you pay up front for a time slot with the creator. You can reschedule or cancel for free until the cutoff shown on the booking page (set by the creator, for example 24 hours before); after that, cancellations by you are not refunded. If the creator cancels, moves the session without your agreement, or does not show up, you are refunded in full. The creator provides the meeting link or address; ApplyForm is not responsible for the content of the session.
Subscriptions (newsletters and communities)
Paid newsletter tiers and community memberships are recurring subscriptions billed by Stripe monthly or yearly at the price shown when you join, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in every email or from your membership page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and no further charges are made. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Community access is granted by linking your Discord or Telegram account and is removed when the subscription ends or lapses. Refunds of partial periods are at the creator's discretion, except where the creator closes the community or newsletter, in which case unused time is refunded.
Newsletters and emails
Subscribing to a creator's newsletter, ticking an opt-in on a form, joining a community or booking a session may add you to that creator's contacts. You will only receive a newsletter after confirming your email address (double opt-in) unless you were already in contact with the creator. Every email we send on a creator's behalf contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Creators may not send unsolicited email through ApplyForm; report abuse to contact@applyform.app.
Liability
ApplyForm is provided as-is. We are not a party to the interaction between applicant and creator and do not vet the content of responses. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
