Every lift video, “thoughts?”€35. Cues in three days.
A 92% single lands in your DMs at 23:00 with one word attached. You watch it four times, spot the hips shooting up, type the cue, and the lifter you will never coach says thanks. This is the same review with a price, a deadline and an automatic refund; behind it, an application form that turns your roster into a waitlist, a €50 attempt plan for meet week, a research digest and a Discord where the video channel lives. Your programming stays in TrueCoach or the spreadsheet.
Free to start. You keep 80%. Unanswered checks refund themselves at the deadline.
Roster full until February · you go on the waitlist, tagged by meet date
An application,
not a “are you taking clients?”
Lifts, meet date, federation, budget band, training history. Five fields the lifter fills in once, instead of a DM thread you repeat every week. Contacts land in a pipeline with the stages you already run in your head: waitlist, onboarding, active, off-season. When a spot opens in February, you email everyone tagged “spring meet” in one go.
How lead forms and the CRM workOpeners you cannot miss.
Thirds that make the total.
The €50 form asks for the last four weeks of top sets with RPE, the weigh-in time and the water-cut plan. You send back nine numbers and the reasoning, plus the warm-up room timing. Written, sent from the inbox, with the deadline visible to both of you. It is the artefact a lifter forwards to their handler, and the reason nobody argues about a refund.

Five products,
switched on in this order.
Monthly programming at €150–330 stays in TrueCoach or Sheets; a 20% take on that is a bad deal and we say so. The application, the one-off reviews, the digest and the Discord are what you switch on here.
- 1Day one · Leads & CRM
Coaching application & waitlist free
Lifts, meet date, federation, budget band, history. Pipeline stages waitlist / onboarding / active / off-season, contacts tagged by meet month. Email a segment when spots open. No Stripe needed to publish it.
- 2Day one · Forms & Requests
Form check with time-stamped cues €35 · 3 days
Video link, lift, load and RPE, one question. Three time-stamped cues and one drill back, or a two-minute Loom. Cap it at twenty a week; the form closes itself when the spots are gone.
- 3Week two · Forms & Requests
Meet-day attempt plan €50 · 5 days
Four weeks of top sets, weigh-in time, water cut. Nine attempts with reasoning and warm-up timing. Open it eight weeks before the big regional meets and close it after.
- 4Week four · Newsletter
Monthly research digest €12 / month
Three studies, one training decision each, one lift breakdown. The agent drafts from the papers you flag; you write the decisions. Priced under the $29 research reviews it competes with.
- 5Week six · Community
Lifters' Discord, weekly Q&A €20 / month
A video channel where members post clips and get a cue, a fixed Wednesday Q&A, a peak-week thread in season. Yearly plan on, cap at 100. ApplyForm grants and revokes the role as people pay and leave.
October digest — proximity to failure, and why your last rep is lying to you
Meta-analysis, 55 studies: hypertrophy is similar at RPE 7–9 once volume is matched; strength gains favour heavier loads, not closer to failure. Decision: RPE 8 caps on squat and bench volume days stay.
Velocity loss of 20% vs 40% in a 8-week squat block: same 1RM change, half the fatigue. Decision: stop the set when bar speed drops a fifth, whatever the RPE says.
Water cuts above 5% bodyweight cost 3–4% on the deadlift at a two-hour weigh-in. Decision: nobody on the roster cuts more than 4% for a same-day weigh-in.
Mira's 165 kg squat, frame by frame: the brace lost at 0:03, the knee cave at 0:09, the two cues that fixed it in four weeks.
The 6-week peaking block for a Sunday meet, as a sheet. Attempt selection worksheet attached.
What the monthly digest
actually contains.
Three studies, each translated into one decision you have actually made for your roster. That is the free part, and it is what gets forwarded in the lifters' group chats. The frame-by-frame lift breakdown and the programme sheet sit behind the €12 tier. That is the whole format, twelve times a year.
The research-review subscriptions this competes with charge $29 a month. You are not summarising the field; you are showing what you changed because of it.
The weekly rhythm
that keeps lifters.
Strength Discords are a video channel and silence unless someone runs them. Give the channel a rule (one clip, one question, a cue within a day), a fixed live hour, and a reason the room gets busier in meet season. The agent drafts the Sunday recap from the week's clips and questions; you post it.
- DailyVideo channel, one clip per member
You or a senior member reply with one cue. Anything that needs three timestamps becomes a €35 form check.
- WednesdayLive Q&A, 45 minutes
Programming questions first, then a member's clip on screen. Recorded for the archive.
- SundayWins thread and the recap
PRs, meet results, the week's best cue. Agent-drafted from the channel; you edit.
- Meet seasonPeak-week and water-cut thread
Eight weeks before the regional calendar fills, the thread opens. Attempt-plan buyers post their nine numbers.
Numbers from
the market.
Strength coaches list single video feedback at $30–40; the €35 form is the same offer with a deadline and a refund rule.
Individualised powerlifting or prep coaching in the niche. This is what stays in TrueCoach; a 20% take on it would be the wrong deal.
Prep is sold in 12–24-week blocks. The €50 attempt plan is the piece a lifter buys without committing to a block.
MASS Research Review is $29 a month or $299 a year; a programme library is $12.99. A €12 digest with your decisions sits under both.
On top of tiered pricing, and payments only in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. EU coaches have no payment rail in the app.
Versus 10–30% from an open calendar or DM. Rosters capped at twenty are why the waitlist is the first thing to publish.
Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.
“Doesn't a €35 check
undercut my coaching?”
It is for the lifters who will never buy monthly coaching, and it is how the ones who should find you. A form check answers one question about one lift. The application form is where the roster comes from, and the attempt plan is what a self-coached lifter buys the month before their meet. Coached athletes get all of it inside their programme; the forms are for everyone else.
Keep the forms to technique, programming and attempt selection. Water-cut guidance stays within the federation's weigh-in window and stops at anything medical; enhanced-lifter questions are for a doctor. No supplement sales on the page. The agent keeps the wording on the education side of the line.
The deliverable is the review or the plan, on the page and on time. No “PR guaranteed” language anywhere; the agent will not write it and you should not either. Disputes on written, delivered work are rare.
Keep doing that. Programming and check-ins stay there; ApplyForm takes the application, the one-off reviews, the digest and the Discord, and pays out in euros with no per-client tier jump.
Stop answering
“thoughts?” for free.
Tell the agent your Instagram or YouTube handle. It reads your lifting content, proposes the application form, the form check and the attempt plan with prices from your niche, and sets them up when you create the account.
