“DM access” at $99 a month.Sell the hand. €25.
A student pastes a hand history into your Discord DMs at midnight: “river spot, was the shove fine?”. You run it through the solver, write four paragraphs about blockers and bet sizing, and the payment for that is a monthly fee for “access” that half your students forget they have. This is one hand, one question, a written review with the solver line within three days or the money goes back. Around it: the coaching hour with the hands uploaded before the call, a study group with a weekly live lesson, a hand-of-the-week letter, and the preflop charts that fill your list.
Free to start. You keep 80%. Skill coaching, not gambling; no site affiliates on the page.
Refunded automatically if there's no review by Thursday 20:00
The form they fill in
instead of the midnight DM.
Three fields: the hand, the stakes and their read, one question. Their read matters because the review is about the reasoning, not the result. A five-hand session review at €90 is the second tier for people who tilted through a Sunday. Cap it at fifteen a week; the form closes itself when the spots are gone and reopens Monday.
Start from a blank formStreet by street,
then the solver line.
Preflop, flop, turn, river: what they did, what the solver prefers and by how much, and the one concept that explains the gap. Then the drill for it. Type it, or paste a four-minute screen recording of the solver output. The inbox sorts by nearest deadline and nudges you at half-time; miss the window and the student is refunded without you doing anything.
Turn barrelling ranges in 3-bet pots · 20 spots in the trainer, BTN vs BB, K-high boards · €20 to your balance
Five products,
switched on in this order.
The hand review first, because it is what students already ask for and what is currently hidden inside a monthly fee. Then the hour, the study group priced like the training sites, the letter, and the charts that bring new students in.

- 4Week four · Newsletter
Hand of the week + solver line €8 / month
One hand from the group, the human line, the solver line, the concept. The full analysis is the paid part; the hand and the first decision go out free. The agent drafts from the lesson notes.
- 5Week four · Leads & CRM
Preflop charts free
A one-field download in your bio: 6-max cash or MTT charts by position. Contacts tagged by stakes and format; you email the NL25–NL100 segment when the next study cohort opens.
Hand #31 — the turn barrel that looks like aggression and is actually a leak
NL50 6-max, BTN vs BB, 3-bet pot, 100 bb. Hero AhQd on K72r 5c 2s. Villain is a reg who defends 3-bets wide. Full HH linked.
Flop c-bet 33%: fine, and a mix. The interesting question is the turn, and most players get it wrong in the same direction.
Turn: AQ checks at 92%. Why the barrel range is Kx and draws, what AQ blocks and does not, and the two board textures where the barrel is right.
Twenty trainer spots for turn barrelling in 3-bet pots, BTN vs BB, with the frequencies to hit. Fifteen minutes a day for a week.
Thursday lesson: turn play in 3-bet pots · 4 spots left in the study group · 2 hand reviews left in this week's cap
What the weekly letter
actually contains.
One hand, the first decision, the solver line street by street, the drill, one link. The hand and the first decision go out free, which is what gets it forwarded in the study Discords; the solver walkthrough and the drill are the paid part, which is what gets it renewed. That is the whole format, every Monday.
Assisted mode means the agent drafts the hand description and the drill block from Thursday's lesson notes; you write the solver paragraph, which is the part your students cannot get from a training site's archive.
A study group,
not a “VIP Discord”.
Independent poker coaches already sell this shape: a weekly 90-to-120-minute live lesson, daily hand feedback in Discord and a quiz, at $129 a month, or a $20 club with a weekly Q&A and a founding-member cap of 100. Run the same thing here at €35 with a cap and a trial, and the page grants and revokes the Discord role as people pay and cancel. The rhythm below is what keeps a 60-person group past the point where most students hit their first rank goal and leave.
- DailyHand channel
Members post one hand with their read; you or a peer reply with the line. Anything longer than a paragraph becomes a €25 form.
- ThursdayLive lesson, 90 min
One concept, six hands, the solver on screen. Recorded for the archive. The reason people renew.
- FridayQuiz and leaderboard
Ten spots from the lesson, frequencies to hit. The leaderboard is the retention mechanic.
- MonthlyThemed month + guest
WSOP prep, short-stack MTT, live-cash adjustments. A guest pro once a month; the letter goes to members first.
Numbers from
the market.
A private Discord channel, billed monthly, whether the student sends one hand or twenty. Per hand at €25 is fairer to the student and better for you on the months they send twenty.
The big sites run $24.99 to $199.99 a month, or €99 with eight live coachings. A €35 study group with a weekly live lesson sits at the bottom of that band with a real coach in the room.
A 90-to-120-minute lesson, Discord hand reviews and fifteen game plans. The format works; the price shows how much room €35 leaves.
Mid-stakes coaches charge $200–500. €150 with the hands uploaded before the call is priced for the students who send you hand histories at midnight.
The ROI framing students already use. You never promise it; you show the leak, the solver line and the drill, and they measure it in their own tracker.
Weekly Q&A, monthly webinar, a capped founding role. Small caps and a fixed weekly moment are what keep study groups alive; 60 at €35 is the same logic.
Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.
“Isn't poker
a gambling category?”
Playing for money is; teaching how to play is not. What you sell is skill coaching: a written analysis of a decision, a lesson, a drill. Payment providers prohibit games of chance with prizes and, in some countries, advice on how to profit from gambling; they do not prohibit teaching a card game. Two things keep you clearly on the right side. No affiliate links or bonus codes for poker sites anywhere on your pages, because in regulated markets that turns education into gambling promotion. And no win-rate or profit promises: the review says what the solver prefers, not what the student will earn. The agent keeps both out of the copy.
Education, and the form says so. You analyse a hand that has already been played and teach the concept behind it; you are not telling anyone to stake money on anything. No bankroll “recommendations”, no promised results. Students measure their own improvement in their own tracker.
Course piracy in poker is real; whole training libraries are resold. The parts that leak are the recordings; the parts that do not are your reply to their hand, the live room and the quiz leaderboard. Price the group for those, keep the archive as a bonus.
Most spots take eight to twelve minutes once the tree is loaded. Cap the form lower to start, batch them on two evenings, and let the five-hand session review at €90 absorb the students who want more.
Sell the hand review
per hand.
Tell the agent your Twitch, YouTube or X handle. It reads your content, proposes the hand-review form, the coaching hour and the study group with prices from the market, and sets them up when you create the account.
