“Can you look at this deal?”€200. Forty-five minutes.
A rep you used to manage sends you a procurement email at 22:00 with “thoughts?”. You read the thread, you see the discount they are about to give away, and you type the counter for free. Sales coaching is the best-paid niche in the whole industry, and you are doing it in DMs. This is the setup that prices it: a 45-minute deal session with the deal as intake, a €70 review for the cold email or the call recording, a Friday clinic people pay to sit in, and a letter that walks through one real negotiation a week.
Free to start. You keep 80%. Unanswered reviews refund themselves at the deadline.

The session they book
instead of the 22:00 DM.
One session type, forty-five minutes, two intake questions: the deal with its numbers and dates, and what they need from the call. You read the thread before, not during. Lunch and early-evening windows, a fifteen-minute hold while they pay, a Meet link in both calendars. Price it where the niche already is: €150 per 45 minutes in Europe, $200–500 a session for newer coaches in the US.
How bookings workThe deliverable is
the deal plan.
Their ask, your counter, what to trade instead of discounting, the next email drafted, and the walk-away line. Written within the hour after the call and sent from the booking. It is what the rep forwards to their VP, what makes the €200 expensable, and what makes a dispute almost impossible: the work is on the page.

Five products,
switched on in this order.
Sessions first, because deal coaching is what the DMs already are. Then the review form for the emails and recordings, the Friday clinic priced like a workshop, the letter that fills all three, and the free request form that runs your own pipeline.
- 1Day one · Bookings
45-min deal coaching €200 · 45 min
Intake: the deal with numbers and dates, what they need. Written deal plan within the hour after the call. Reschedule policy 24 hours; the no-show keeps the fee.
- 2Day one · Forms & Requests
Review my sequence / call recording €70 · 2 days
A cold email, a five-step sequence or a discovery-call recording up to 30 minutes, plus one question. Written reply within two days or an automatic refund. Cap it at eight a week.
- 3Week two · Community
Friday deal clinic €69 / month
Discord or Telegram. One live 45-minute hot-seat clinic every Friday, a deal-of-the-week thread on Monday, a scripts channel. Cap at 50, quarterly plan on, seven-day trial.
- 4Week four · Newsletter
One negotiation, the real counter-offers €15 / month
One deal a week: the ask, the counter-offer sequence, the email that closed it, what you would have done differently. The sequence and the email are the paid part. The agent drafts from your notes.
- 5Week six · Leads & CRM
Discovery-call request free
Your own pipeline: company, team size, the problem, budget range. Contacts land in the CRM at “new”, move to “qualified” after the call, and “won” when a team engagement is signed off-platform.
Deal #22 — Procurement asked for 25%. The rep gave 8% and got the three-year.
Enterprise SaaS, €140k ACV, three-year proposed, close date at quarter-end. Procurement arrives in week eleven with a savings target and a deadline of their own.
25% off list and annual billing, framed as “standard for a three-year”. It is not standard. It is the number on their scorecard.
Four emails, verbatim and anonymised: hold, two options, the onboarding trade, the request for the economic buyer. Where the rep nearly folded, and the line that stopped it.
Sent Thursday 09:10. 8% for three years paid annually in advance, onboarding included, signed the following Tuesday. The full text.
This week's hot seat: a €40k renewal with a champion who just left. Two seats open in the clinic · €69 a month · applyform.app/c/jonas-sells/community
What the weekly issue
actually contains.
One negotiation, start to finish. The deal and the first ask are free, which is what gets it forwarded round a sales floor; the counter-offer sequence and the closing email are the paid part, which is what gets it renewed. Once a month, a script swipe file. That is the whole format, every Tuesday before the pipeline review.
Paid sales newsletters price between €10 and €20 a month, well above the €7 business-category median. €15 holds when every issue contains an email a rep can send that day.
One clinic a week,
not another Slack.
The biggest sales podcast closed its paid club after 300 founding members because coaching, community and courses “were three separate products” and members tired of the feed. The lesson is not that communities fail; it is that the product has to be one live moment a week that people would pay for on its own. A Friday clinic with a hot seat is that moment. ApplyForm grants and revokes access as people pay and cancel; you run Friday.
- MondayDeal-of-the-week thread
Members post the deal they are stuck on with numbers and a close date. The two most useful get Friday's hot seat.
- WednesdayCold-email channel
Members post one email, peers reply with a rewrite. Anything longer than one email becomes a €70 review.
- FridayLive deal clinic, 45 min
Two hot seats, the room argues the counter, you close. Recorded; the recording is the paid part of the letter.
- Quarter-endWar room week
Daily 20-minute stand-up in the last week of the quarter. The reason people renew in the week they most want to cancel.
Numbers from
the market.
The ICF's 2025 study puts sales coaching above executive and career coaching. Reps and their managers are used to paying for this.
Established coaches run $990–3,000 a month retainers. A €200 deal session sits at the bottom of the entry band, with the deal plan as the deliverable.
Published EU pricing for a single deal session, with €190 and €390 packages. €200 with intake and a written plan is a fair step up.
30 Minutes to President's Club shut its subscription to sell $299 courses instead. Community fatigue is real; one live clinic a week is the answer to it.
The self-serve alternative buyers compare a €69 clinic with. A live hot seat on your own deal is what the courses cannot do.
Team training is quoted at $250 for two hours and $900 for a day. The free discovery-call request is how those engagements reach your CRM.
Market figures from published industry and platform data, September 2026, rounded. Your prices, volume and retention will differ.
“Reps won't pay.
Their company will.”
Both are true, and the prices are set for it. A €200 session and a €70 review sit under what most managers can approve without procurement, and a rep with a €140k deal on the line does not wait for approval. Team engagements at four figures stay off-platform: the free discovery-call request is how they arrive, the CRM is where you work them.
No. The deliverable is the deal plan or the review, and it is on the page by the deadline; that is what you promise. No revenue or win-rate claims anywhere, and no testimonials with numbers you cannot show. For consumers in the EU the 14-day withdrawal right applies to packages; disclose it and ask for consent to start straight away.
Say in the form that reps may only share recordings their company permits, with the customer's name and any account data removed, and that you delete the file once the review is sent. Most sequences and discovery calls can be reviewed from a transcript with names stripped.
So have your members. Sell one Friday clinic, cap it at fifty, run the quarter-end war room, and put the group on a quarterly plan so the slow month in August does not become a cancellation.
